Ellsworth: March 7. Elevation normal with 1 floodgate open. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 14-17 ft. at Ralph’s Resort. Report submitted by Mike Carroll, game warden stationed in Comanche County.
Foss: March 9. Elevation 1/2 ft. below normal with gates closed, water mid 40s and clear. Crappie fair around fish house on live bait. Striped bass hybrids slow in deep water. Walleye slow. Catfish slow in channels. Fishing report submitted by Eric Puyear, B & K Bait House.
Ft. Cobb: No report submitted this week.
Lawtonka: March 7. Elevation normal with all floodgates closed. Crappie slow to fair at the dam. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Mike Carroll, game warden stationed in Comanche County.
Tom Steed: March 8. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 20 ft. around brush piles near the dam. Walleye and saugeye fair on minnows around brush piles near the dam. Report submitted by David Smith, game warden stationed in Kiowa County.
Waurika: March 7. Elevation slightly above normal, water murky. Blue catfish fair on cut shad. Crappie fair around the boat house. Report submitted by Phillip Cottrill, game warden stationed in Cotton County.
