Altus-Lugert: August 29. Elevation 16 1/2 ft. below normal and dropping. Catfish slow to fair. Crappie fair to good in deep water.  White bass fair in deep water. Walleye fair in deep water. Report submitted by Sue Hokanson, Quartz Mountain State Park.

Ellsworth: August 29. Elevation normal, water 89 and murky. All fishing slow. Report submitted by Mike Carroll, game warden stationed in Comanche County.

Foss: September 1. Elevation 1/4 ft. below normal with gates closed, water mid 80s and clear. Striped bass hybrids fair on live bait in deep water. Walleye slow. Crappie slow. Catfish fair in channels. Report submitted by Eric Puyear, B & K Bait House.

Ft. Cobb: August 30. Elevation 1/2 ft. below normal, water clear and 84.  Crappie slow using jigs near docks. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by James Edwards, game warden stationed in Caddo County.

Lawtonka: August 29. Elevation normal, water 89 and clear. All fishing slow. Report submitted by Mike Carroll, game warden stationed in Comanche County.

Tom Steed: August 31. All fishing slow. Report submitted by David Smith, game warden stationed in Kiowa County.

Waurika: August 30. Elevation slightly above normal, water 86-88 and clear to murky. White bass and striped bass hybrids fair on spoons in deeper water in the lake and on minnows and jigs along the rocks early and late.  Channel and blue catfish fair on cut shad and stinkbait in the lake early and late and on juglines baited with cut shad and sunfish.
