| Dutch Oven Cooking Learn how to cook in cast iron dutch oven by the Heartland of the Prairie Dutch Oven Society. Each morning enjoy biscuits with wild boar gravy. Throughout the day, wild game soups and stews will be offered for sampling including duck jambalya and bear stew.
