BLUEBIRD NESTBOX SURVEY

If you erected a bluebird nestbox this year, the Wildlife Diversity Program would appreciate hearing what bird species may have used your birdhouse, as well as the success of the house. A. Use a separate line for each species.
B. Count only the attempts in which a nest was completed and at least one egg was laid. Do not include wren "dummy" nests.
C. A clutch is a completed nest with all eggs laid and where incubation has begun.
D. Indicate total number of eggs by the listed species.
E. Indicate total number of young of the listed species that hatched.
F. A bird has fledged when it leaves the nest of its own power. Indicate total number of young of the listed species.

Remember to clean out nestboxes between nestings and at the end of the season.
