EXPO CHILI RECIPE

 

 

Buffalo Burger                        2 lbs

 

Diced Onions                           8 oz.

 

Diced Tomatoes                       16 oz. (canned)

 

Tomato Sauce                          8 oz.

 

Red Kidney Beans                    16 oz.

 

Golden Hominy                        16 oz.

 

Rotel Dice Tomatoes

& green chilies (original)            5 oz.

 

Tomato juice                            8 oz.

 

Minced garlic                            2 teaspoons

 

Salt                                          1 teaspoon

 

Pepper                                     1 teaspoon

 

Williams Chili Seasoning             1 oz.

 

 

Brown burger, and drain grease. Brown garlic and onions with burger for 5 minutes. Include remaining ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes. Season to taste. Thickness can be adjusted with additional tomato juice. 

After the chili is cooked, it should be refrigerated to 40 degrees and re-heated to blend properly.
