Additional Drawing Rules (the following apply to the special drawing for people who register and they also apply to all other Expo giveaways):

All Expo giveaways are being provided by sponsors who have donated the prizes.

No purchase necessary to win.

You do not need to be present at the time of the actual drawing to win.
You may enter the drawing only once.

Winners must meet the eligibility requirements for issuance of licenses or they may transfer the prize to an eligible recipient of their choice.

Lifetime licenses will only be issued to residents of Oklahoma. Should a nonresident win a lifetime license they may transfer it to an eligible Oklahoma resident.

Both residents and nonresidents are eligible to receive annual licenses.

Those under 18 must have their parent or legal guardian read and agree to the drawing rules on behalf of the youth entrant to be eligible to win.

ODWC employees are not eligible for any of the drawings.

In the event of a dispute over a winning entry, the holder of the winning phone number will be declared the winner.

No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be allowed.

Limit of one prize per person.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

It is the responsibility of the winner to claim their prize within 30 days.

DRAWING: Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries. Pre-registration drawing will be conducted at 4 p.m., Sun, Sept. 28. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Entry submitted is only eligible for this drawing. Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Lifetime Licenses: Winners will be mailed an application for their lifetime license and must meet all residency requirements before the license will be issued.

DISCLAIMER: ODWC and all participating sponsors will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Drawing disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of ODWC; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Drawing.

PRIZES: The participant who is the winner shall be afforded the opportunity to submit their application for a lifetime combination hunting and fishing license.  Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within fifteen (15) days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are transferable to a person meeting the application requirements.  No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted. Limit one prize per household or address.

All prizes, unless otherwise specified, must be picked up within thirty days of winning. ODWC will not notify winners of the time remaining on their prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to claim the prize within the thirty days provided.

All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

AFFIDAVIT AND RELEASE: As a condition of being awarded any prize, winners may be required to execute and deliver to ODWC a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and release of liability.

GENERAL RELEASE: By entering the Drawing, the ODWC and participating sponsors are exempt from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Drawing or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

INFORMATION:  The Drawing and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the United States. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of ODWC, which are final and binding in all respects. The ODWC reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Drawing or any entrant's participation in the Drawing should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the ODWC's control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Drawing or the ODWC otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Drawing as planned. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Drawing or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to the ODWC, the Drawing or any other entrant (in each case as determined in the ODWC's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Drawing. The ODWC reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Drawing.
