Bird Migration Tours at Hackberry Flat Wildlife Management Area

Hackberry Flat is located within the migratory corridor known as the Central Flyway. Waterfowl, shorebirds and songbirds stop by to rest up and "fuel up" as they migrate north to their preferred breeding areas. Visitors will tour the wetland in a seated, open-air trailer and discover what bird species are migrating through Hackberry Flat wetland
and learn how the wetland is managed by the OK Wildlife Dept. Binoculars are available for loan. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Participants must be at least 8 years old. No Fee. Reservations Required. There are 2 time slot options for this day: 9 am to Noon and 1 pm to 4 pm.
