Description:

Private Landowners in western Oklahoma: You are invited to the January 14, 2019 Annual Meeting of the OK Wildlife & Prairie Heritage Alliance. This is OWPHA's traditional meeting that combines wildlife-viewing, food, updates about OWPHA and its projects (Great Plains Trail, Gate Playa, etc.) with information for private landowners in western Oklahoma about relevant wildlife conservation. This year, NextEra will be hosting the lunch buffet and during the afternoon program will be providing information on how solar farms can offer some opportunities for wildlife conservation. Other presentations include how ODWC and NRCS can provide technical assistance for wildlife conservation, particularly pollinators.

If you are interested in attending please be aware of the need to RSVP for the morning wildlife viewing tour and the lunch buffet.
