Walleye are stocked and brush piles are put into the lake for fish habitat.

Easy access to the water's edge is available in many of the public-use areas. The concrete walk along the spillway is also accessible.

Catfish, Blue, Catfish, Channel, Catfish, Flathead Good on crawfish, cut bait, goldfish, live bait, live shad, shad, sunfish, worms around flats, main lake, riprap, rocks.

Bass, Striped Hybrid, Bass, White Good on crankbaits, grubs, hair jigs, jerk baits, jigs, live shad, sassy shad, spoons, topwater lures around below the dam, creek channels, main lake.
