 ALL HUNTER EDUCATION CLASSES ARE FREE.

How to hunt without hunter education?

If a phone number is not listed, pre-registration is not required. Special arrangements and testing procedures can be made for persons with disabilities. Contact the Wildlife Department at (405) 522-4572 two weeks prior to course if person has disabilities which require special arrangements.

There are two types of classes available. The “regular” 8-hour all classroom courses and “home study” courses.

(Annually over 350 courses are conducted across the state. This is not a complete list, courses are added daily so check back often for courses in your area.)

 

Oklahoma accepts hunter education certificates from all states so if you can't find a course near you, you may want to consider a course in a neighboring state. Click one of the states below to see if they are offering a course near you.
