Lake Dahlgren

Location: Lake Dahlgren is located on Lexington Wildlife Management Area in Cleveland County 9 miles southeast of Noble and 11 miles northeast of Lexington (S21&28,T7N,R1E). Vegetation around the lake is postoak-blackjack forest type.
Recreational Facilities: The lake has no picnic or camping facilities, no latrines, and no water well. There is one boat ramp and one handicapped accessible fishing dock. Picnic and fishing supplies can be obtained at Noble, Slaughterville and Lexington. The predominant sportfish species is largemouth bass, crappie and channel catfish.
Lake History: Lake Dahlgren was constructed by the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation in 1953.
