Carl Blackwell:  March 9. Elevation normal, water 47 and murky to muddy. Crappie fair on jigs. Saugeye fair on jigs. Report submitted by Jon Cunningham, game warden stationed in Payne County.

Chandler: March 7. Elevation above normal, water clear. All fishing slow. Report submitted by Gary Emmons, game warden stationed in Lincoln County.

Copan: March 7. Elevation above normal. Blue catfish fair to good on worms and cut shad near Copan Point and Washington Cove. Crappie slow in creeks running into the lake and near the dam. As temperature begins to increase so will the amount of crappie expected to be caught. Report submitted by Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.

Eucha: March 9. Elevation slightly above normal, water 49 and clear. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 12-14 ft. around brush and structure. Largemouth bass fair on jerk baits. Report submitted by Dwight Moore, City of Tulsa.

Ft. Gibson: March 7. Elevation 1/2 ft. below normal, water 45 and stained. White bass slow on rattletraps and crankbaits; starting up river and creeks. Crappie slow on minnows and jigs deep under the docks. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Rick Stafford at Wagoner.

Grand: March 1. Elevation normal, water 40 and murky. Largemouth bass good on green and brown jigs deep around points and brush. White bas good small spinnerbaits and white and chartreuse grubs in Elk and Spring rivers. Catfish fair on brooders, night crawlers and shad deep; the recent shad kill slowed catfish down but it is now starting to pick back up. Crappie good on Grandpa’s jigs in blue, brown and gray and on Bobby Garland’s in salt and pepper, natural cricket, black gum and Vegas. Paddlefish good deep from Sailboat Bridge to Gray’s Ranch. Greenleaf: March 8. Elevation normal, water clear. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits and crankbaits around rocky points, channels and shoreline. Channel catfish good on fresh cut bait on bottom along the spillway and channels. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush structure. Hudson: March 1. Elevation normal. Blue catfish fair to good on cut bait. Crappie fair to good on minnows and jigs around brush pile areas. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Steve Loveland, game warden stationed in Rogers and Mayes counties.

Hulah: March 7. Elevation near normal. Blue catfish being caught on cut shad and worms near the dam. Crappie being caught on minnows in shallow creeks entering into the lake. Report submitted by Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.

Kaw: March 8. Elevation below normal, water mid 40s and clear mid-lake to dam. Blue catfish slow on juglines with cut bait at 25-35 ft. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 12-20ft. over structure during times of water release. Report submitted by Spencer Grace, game warden stationed in Kay County.

Keystone: March 10. Elevation above normal, water clear. Striped bass good on bucktail jigs below the dam. Channel catfish good on shad sides and shad guts. Crappie good on fire-tail tube jigs, minnows and crappie nibbles at 3-5 ft. along the banks in the lake. Report submitted by Woody’s Bait and Tackle II.

Lower Illinois: March 2. Elevation normal, water 49 and clear. White bass fair on spinnerbaits and jigs at 2-4 ft. below Gore Landing. Striped bass and striped bass hybrids fair on jigs near the bottom below Gore Landing. Channel catfish good on cut bait on bottom all along the river. Crappie slow on jigs at 1-4 ft. below Gore Landing. Trout good on flies at the surface, on rooster tails at 1-2 ft. and on power bait on bottom above Gore Landing. Report submitted by D. Oologah:  March 6. Elevation 2 ft. above normal and falling, water upper 40s and muddy. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 20 ft. around brush piles.  Crappie being caught on minnows around brush in area creeks around the lake. Blue catfish fair on shad below the dam. White bass fair on jigs below the dam. Report submitted by Brek Henry, game warden stationed in Rogers County.

Pawhuska Lake: March 8. Trout good on power bait and small spinnerbaits. Report submitted by David Clay, game warden stationed in Osage County.

Skiatook: March 8. Elevation 3/4 ft. above normal, water mid 40s and clear. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 20 ft. around structure. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Paul Welch, game warden stationed in Osage County. For more information about Skiatook Lake.

Sooner: March 9. White bass and striped bass hybrids fair on sassy shad and topwater lures in the discharge. Blue catfish good on cut shad in the discharge. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush piles. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Doug Gottschalk, game warden stationed in Noble County.

Spavinaw: March 9. Elevation slightly above normal, water 46 and clear. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around the dam area. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits. Report submitted by Dwight Moore, City of Tulsa.

Tenkiller:  March 1. Elevation 3 1/3 ft. above normal and steady, water 44 and clear. Catfish fair on trotlines with cut baits in the Carters Landing area. Report by Monte Brooks, Cookson Village Resort. For more information about  Lake Tenkiller.

Webbers Falls: March 8. Elevation 3 ft. above normal, water murky. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits and spinnerbaits along riprap and creek channels.
