Lake of the Arbuckles: November 15. Elevation 1/2 ft. above normal, water 61 and stained, algae bloom in pockets. Crappie being caught on docks and in midlake jigging spoons at 27-32 ft. White bass being caught on spoons on flat near creek channels. Bass are hitting crankbaits, spinnerbaits and soft plastics near shoreline weeds. Report submitted by Jack Melton.
Blue River: November 17. Elevation normal, water 58 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on minnows and flies. Catfish fair on liver and worms. Trout good on power bait, rooster tails and super dupers. Report submitted by Charles Baker, technician at the Blue River.
Broken Bow: November 15. Water clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass good on smoke colored grubs and crawdad colored crankbaits. Catfish fair on juglines and trotlines with cut bait. Report submitted by Dru Polk, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.
Eufaula: November 16. Elevation 2 1/2 ft. above normal, water murky. Largemouth bass fair around rocky areas. White bass good on jigs below the dam. Blue catfish good on shad below the dam. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 10-15 ft. around boat docks baited with brush. Report submitted by Ed Rodebush, game warden stationed in McIntosh County.
Hugo: November 17. Elevation 1 ft. above normal. Crappie and white bass fair on minnows around brush piles. Blue catfish good below the dam on cut shad. Report submitted by Jay Harvey, game warden stationed in Choctaw County.
Konawa: November 16. Elevation normal, water 60 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits at 10-12 ft. in creek channels and road beds. White bass and striped bass hybrids fair on minnows and jigs at 15 ft. in the discharge canal. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Daryl Howser, game warden stationed in Seminole County.
Lower Mountain Fork River: November 7. Fishing has been fair, now that water levels have stabilized and will be returning to normal with the next scheduled stocking. Report submitted by Sid and Peggy of beaversbendflyshop.com.
McGee Creek: November 16. Elevation 1 2/3 ft. above normal, water 65 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on soft plastic lures at 16-24 ft. Crappie fair to good on minnows and jigs around baited holes in cedar brush. Report submitted by Larry Luman, game warden stationed in Atoka County.
Murray: No report submitted this week.
Pine Creek: November 16. Elevation extremely high, water murky. Bass fair on crankbaits slow rolled around rocky points. Crappie fair on jigs. Catfish good on cut shad. Report submitted by Mark Hannah, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.
Robert S. Kerr: November 9. Elevation normal, water 63 and murky. Crappie fair on minnows when fishing submerged brush piles at 8-12 ft. White bass and largemouth bass slow. Catfish good on fresh shad or large minnows when fishing the shallow mudflats at 3-6 ft. Report submitted by Leland Sockey, game warden stationed in Haskell County.
Sardis Lake: November 16. Elevation 1/4 ft. above normal, water mid to low 60s. Largemouth bass good on plastic baits around brush in the coves. Crappie good on minnows and jigs off the bridges and the tower. Channel catfish good on cut bait in the mouths of the creeks. Texoma: November 16. Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water 65 and murky north and clear south. Largemouth and smallmouth bass fair to good in the south part of the lake. Striped and white bass fair to good in the south part of the lake. Channel and blue catfish fair to good from Catfish Bay north. Crappie fair to good in Little Glass Creek. Wister: November 9. Elevation 12 ft. above normal, water murky. Largemouth bass good on soft plastic worms and spinnerbaits. Crappie fair with small spinnerbaits, minnows and pink jigs.
