Location:  North side of Tulsa- Exit hwy 11 on Sheridan and turn North to 36th Street turn east into zoo entrance. 

Operator:  City of Tulsa Parks and Recreation

Public Use Facilities:  Sherry Lake is located in Mohawk Park.  There are several good picnic areas with restrooms, trails, and the Tulsa Zoo.  These facilities are within a short drive of the lake.  There is a parking lot and trash receptacles near the lake.

Notable Characteristics:  This lake has a very limited fishing access and is very shallow, 2 ft average.  It is a wonderful watchable wildlife area.  Another plus is with a worm and a small hook you are about guaranteed a fish.  Lake has the best orangespot sunfish population in northeast Oklahoma.
