Michael Fusco’s Wild Game Cooking Seminar

Chef Michael Fusco

Michael Fusco enjoys hunting and fishing and specializes in preparing wild
game and fresh fish. He is also skilled in pastry arts, and is considered one
of Tulsašs premiere chefs.

He will hold several seminars throughout the Expo demonstrating
innovative methods for preparing mouthwatering meals of wild game.

Michael began in the restaurant business as a dishwasher and advanced to
working in a country club and for a small caterer. Michael went on to open
Michael Fusco's Flavors Restaurant in April 1996.

Flavors Restaurant has had great success and is known as a fine dining
restaurant with great service, Flavors boasts a highly trained professional
kitchen staff, working with the freshest and finest of food products.
