Cy Curtis Scoresheet Submission

This is where potential Cy Curtis record entries can be submitted after having been officially scored. Both scorers and hunters may submit entries. You must submit a photo or copy of your completed official score sheet and a signed Fair Chase Statement that releases permission to the ODWC to publish and promote your name, hometown, and information about your harvest. We will not publish your address or phone number, but you must submit the info for communication purposes.
