Lower Mountain Fork River Trout Area Report

Sep 11. Elevation is Normal (stable), water temperature 68°F and clear.

Trout, Rainbow Good on crickets, grass hoppers, PowerBait, small lures around below the dam, spillway.

Texoma Report

Sep 11. Elevation is 2 ft. below normal (stable), water temperature 83°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level)

Bass, Striped Fair on live shad, sassy shad, topwater lures around channels, main lake, points, river channel.

Catfish, Blue, Catfish, Channel, Catfish, Flathead Good on cut bait, dough bait, live shad, punch bait around below the dam, channels, points, river channel.

Crappie, Black, Crappie, White Fair on caddis flies, hair jigs, jigs, minnows, nymphs around brush structure, coves, docks, standing timber.

Comments: Fishing this week has been good. Striper are good on live shad and topwater lures. Catfish are being caught on punch bait in 20-30ft of water around baited holes and cleaning stations. Crappie are being caught on minnows, jigs and hair jigs around brush piles and open water timber. They are also being caught near docks with brush.

Broken Bow Lake Report

Bass, Largemouth, Bass, Smallmouth, Bass, Spotted Fair on Alabama rig, crankbaits, crawfish, topwater lures, worms around coves, points.

Crappie, Black, Crappie, White Good on jigs, tube jigs around brush structure, creek channels, points, standing timber.

Catfish, Channel Fair on chicken liver, cut bait, worms around creek channels, river channel.

Pine Creek Lake Report

Bass, Largemouth Slow on spinnerbaits, topwater lures around coves, main lake, points.

Crappie, White Slow on jigs, minnows around brush structure, channels, standing timber.

Catfish, Blue, Catfish, Channel Slow on chicken liver, cut bait around creek channels, main lake.
