Fishing Reports
We know that fishing in Oklahoma can be good nearly all year round, but the peak time for most species and anglers is March to June, which is when we require reports to be submitted.
If there is a particular lake you would like to know about during the non-required report time, you can contact the county game warden or a local bait shop to check on the lake conditions before heading out.
Fort Gibson Report

Comments: Fishing this week has been okay. Striper has been okay this week. Some days are better than others. The big winds the last few days have made it tougher. Catfish are being caught on ledges and river channels on live bait and cut bait. Crappie are being caught on jigs around brush and in open water in 8-12ft of water.

Comments: Catfishing along winganon bridge is excellent right now. Crappie are pushing into creeks preparing to spawn.
Oologah dam is closed for construction.
